FBI & Police Report on the Firing of Culprit Alisha Forrester Scott
by the Board of Directors of the U.S. Blockchain Association, etc.

The standard policy of the association is usually not to respond to comments and posts from disgruntled consultants or haters on Linkedin.com or other social media platforms. However, this has gone on for 3 years and gone too far. Some of the directors and associates of the U.S. Blockchain Association filed multiple police reports and FBI cases against Alisha M. Forrester Scott, and her cohorts for sending death threats, murder threats, extortion attempts, harassments, stalking, bullying, racist comments, defamation, and other harmful actions to certain Board Members, suppliers, and associates of the U.S. Blockchain Association.
Note: Note that Alisha M. Forrester Scott has never worked for the Earth Dollar. She was a volunteer for our supplier, the U.S. Blockchain Association.
Las Vegas, Dated September 8, 2021. This Press Release is a “Red Alert” for a dangerous culprit named Alisha M. Forrester Scott, an independent disgruntle Ex. Consultant (worked for only 4 months). Certain Board Members of the US Blockchain Board and its associates have been receiving death threats and murder threats on August 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 to September 8 2021, and still ongoing by a person allegedly acting on behalf of Alisha M. Forrester Scott. At least 8 people and their families we know of have received death threats, extortion threats, racist comments and etc. from the same person, who would allegedly be acting on behalf of Alisha M. Forrester Scott. Police and FBI action has been taken.
Alisha M. Forrester Scott has also been making death threats, making murder threats, making extortion attempts, harassments, stalking, bullying, making racist comments, and making defamatory public comments about the U.S. Blockchain Association (a non-profit organization) (“US Blockchain”), its members and families, suppliers, and associates for the last 3 years, including via social media platform Linkedin and the Internet.
We the Board of Directors of the U.S. Blockchain Association (a non-profit organization), etc. on November 29, 2018, unanimously voted to terminate the relationship of the association with Alisha M. Forrester Scott (aka Alisha Forrester Scott, Alisha Bee…etc.) with cause, as a result of her scamming and stealing from the non-profit association, devious and racist behavior and the irreparable harm caused to the U.S. Blockchain Association (and continuing to be caused) and to third-party suppliers

- “Mesfin Zaid is working with David. He is literally involved with some terrible scary people from Africa (Eritrea and Ethiopia). His family is at the top in Eritrea. He is a grade A scammer as well…”
- “… I was kicking an Asian woman on the streets. I don’t know anything in between. This is very anoooying. Definitely not cooool to know what the F***k happened in between days!!!!”
- “I would argue till the black or Hispanic was arrested. I would even make up stories like they assaulted me or attacked me. It’s my word against their word and 99% of the time the police or judge sided with me.”
- “The only time I really lost was when I reported a 65 year old Asian woman as a drug dealer when she entered my neighborhood. Big mistake, because she was using a walker and I got in trouble for calling a false alarm. Well drug dealers come in all shapes and sizes; she could have been pretending to use a walker for all I know. Some Asian women would get beaten up for coming around here.”
- “I love to meet other patriots who are trying to save the white race from being overrun by immigrants. I am anti-Muslim, anti-Black, anti-Asian, anti-Native, and anti-Brownskin. They need to leave our beloved country.” “While I understand that many black skin, brown skin, yellow skin and red skin have went through being enslaved and treated as cattle herd, there is a usefulness for slavery.”
- “I am a modern white female Robinhood. I rob from the rich and colored people and give to the poor (“which is poor me”).”
- Linkedin Solicitation: Around Dec. 10, 2017, Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s solicited David Kam on Linkedin looking for a job or a volunteer position. After various discussions, Alisha M. Forrester Scott on June 4, 2018, signed a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement and a Non-Disparaging Agreement.
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Breach of NCNDA Contract: Alisha M. Forrester Scott has breached the Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement (“NCNDA”), signed June 4, 2018;
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Breach of Non-Disparaging Contract and the Non-Disclosure Contract: Alisha M. Forrester Scott has breached the Non-Disclosure Agreement and the Non-Disparaging Agreement to refrain from slander, defamation, gossip, or undermining in any way and/or to misconstrue the diligent efforts of the U.S. Blockchain Association, signed June 4, 2018. Her posts on LinkedIn are sufficient evidence thereof;
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Breach of Non-Circumvention Contract: Alisha M. Forrester Scott has illegally circumvented the U.S. Blockchain Association and has directly engaged the latter’s suppliers, allies, and associates and its directors to pursue her own personal and financial benefit. The entities directly contacted in breach of the non-circumvention covenant are One Earth One People, Aiye Alkame, Seminibus LLC, Blockchain.io, the Irish Times, Tesla Technologies, and more. Alisha M. Forrester Scott received personal benefits through her circumvention without the consent and prior knowledge of the U.S. Blockchain Association or its members;
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Conflict of Interests: Alisha M. Forrester Scott has incurred in conflicts of interest, extortion, breach of contract, circumvention, defamation, slander, etc., through her circumvention of the U.S. Blockchain Association’s suppliers, allies, and associates.
- In particular, acting on her behalf and for her benefit, Alisha M. Forrester Scott secretly signed a contract with One Earth One People on October 4, 2018, by circumventing the U.S. Blockchain Association.
- Furthermore, Alisha M. Forrester Scott has published and circulated defamatory comments in the social network LinkedIn and on the Internet to undermine and misconstrue U.S. Blockchain Association/members, suppliers, allies, and associates.
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Theft and Misappropriation of Corporate Information: Alisha M. Forrester Scott theft, misappropriated and disclosed of Private and Confidential Corporate Information from the U.S. Blockchain Association, suppliers, allies, and associates, including but limited to contacts, intellectual property, and private documents, causing a loss in revenue/profits for the U.S. Blockchain Association, suppliers, allies, and associates;
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Failure as a Volunteer Probationary Interim CEO to obtain financing: Alisha M. Forrester Scott breached her commitment of making her best efforts during her 4 months as a Volunteer Probationary Interim CEO (under an independent consulting arrangement) to secure full funding for the association. She did not secure any funders or funding for the U.S. Blockchain Association.
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Performance as Interim CEO: Alisha M. Forrester Scott spent most of her time scheming, scamming, and stealing information to enrich herself personally and financially, through the circumvention of the U.S. Blockchain Association. Alisha M. Forrester Scott thus never fulfilled her fiduciary duties as Interim CEO of the U.S. Blockchain Association.
- Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Threats: After Alisha M. Forrester Scott was fired, she is started publishing defamatory and slanderous material on a post on Linkedin. Alisha M. - Alisha M. Forrester Scott’s Misrepresentation: Alisha M. Forrester Scott misrepresented in her resume and presentation that she could fulfill her duties as the Interim of the CEO, when in fact she did not have the experience or aptitude to be an executive.
- Interference in the Earth Dollar Group Operations (“a supplier of the U.S. Blockchain Association”) and Misrepresentation of Facts by Alisha M. Forrester Scott:
Alisha M. Forrester Scott has never worked for or been associated with the Earth Dollar whatsoever. Alisha M. Forrester Scott used her interim position in the U.S. Blockchain Association to interfere with the business of a third-party supplier of the U.S. Blockchain Association, namely the Earth Dollar Group. The U.S. Blockchain Association is “incorporated as a non-profit organization”, while the Earth Dollar Group is formed as “an International Intergovernmental Organization”, with a separate Board of Directors (members are different from one another) and are separate entities.
Alisha M. Forrester Scott never had any contract with the Earth Dollar Group, except the Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement, and the Non-Disparaging Agreement.
Alisha M. Forrester Scott was in a conflict of interests when she interfered with the operations of the Earth Dollar Group when tried to create an alternative unauthorized and illegal executive committee, not part of the Earth Dollar (to create a no-confidence vote) to overthrown the existing Board of Directors of the Earth Dollar Group, which failed but showed Ms. Forrester Scott’s malicious intentions and fraud.
- Police Report: The U.S. Blockchain Association and the directors have filed a police report against Alisha M. Forrester Scott for extortion, the threat of harm and murder, harassment, defamation, slander, theft of money, etc.

The U.S. Blockchain Association is a non-profit, volunteer humanitarian trade association for the blockchain industry, educating the public about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies in hopes of creating mass adoption of such technology.
